From time to time, a project emerges that is truly exceptional for a designer. In this instance, the client presented a parcel of land measuring approximately 6,000 square meters, nestled in the picturesque hills adjacent to Chiang Mai’s natural reserves.

Steven Baeteman Studio highlights local materials and craftsmanship in this tranquil residence, seamlessly blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The design direction pays homage to the core values that our studio champions. We place a strong emphasis on the breathtaking views of the rolling hills, which lie at the heart of the project's vision. The house itself embodies a sense of comfort and luxury, creating an inviting and refined living environment.
