Located in the heart of District 1, Tdx Factory—a former ice-making factory—has been thoughtfully reimagined as a vibrant hub for art, design, and creativity, embodying the innovative spirit of District Eight.

Steven Baeteman Studio is proud to have contributed to the transformation of this extraordinary space. In cooperation with Nu architects, we played a key role in designing essential areas such as the showroom entrance, restrooms, and F&B area, enhancing the experience for both visitors and collaborators.
