Unios' new Melbourne Experience Centre is a testament to the brand's focus towards architectural innovation and creative lighting design. Housed within a historic 1941 McLaren & Co. printers building, the project underwent a significant transformation, with the Unios Melbourne Experience Centre and office officially going into operation in 2023. The ground floor hosts the Experience Centre, while the first floor is dedicated to the office space. 

Unios takes pride in the uniqueness of its Experience Centres, with Melbourne being the latest addition to those in Perth, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Each one is tailored to reflect local architectural influences; the MEC radiates Fitzroy's artistic vibrance and excitement, celebrating local arts and design through collaboration with local businesses. With a moody and dramatic ambience characterized by dark materials, the MEC serves as the perfect backdrop to showcase Unios' designs and innovation.

Designed to help visitors envision lighting, the multi-faceted space is divided into 12 modules, each designed to create a unique lighting scenario, demonstrating different lighting practices. As one enters, they are greeted by a sitting area that serves both conversational and lighting demonstration purposes. Placed at the heart of the Experience Centre are the Technical Space and the Conceptual Space, both visually striking and rich in educational value.
